At Bebo Beauty, we aim to deliver your order safely, securely, and on time. From hair extensions and beauty essentials to accessories and everyday styling pieces, every order is carefully packed to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
We work only with trusted and reputable courier partners to ensure reliable shipping and smooth delivery across locations.
Order Processing Time
1) All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the payment confirmation.
2) Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
3) During high-volume periods (sales, launches, festive seasons), or unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, political disruptions, or curfews, order processing and delivery timelines may be slightly extended.
Please Note: Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Time and Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:
Metro Cities: 3-5 Business Days
Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 Business Days
Remote Locations: 7-10 Business Days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹799.
- For orders with a cart value of up to ₹1499, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a partial advance payment of ₹300.
- For orders above ₹1499, only prepaid payment options are available.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details.
You can track your order anytime using the provided tracking link or directly through the order tracking feature available on our website until it reaches you.
Address Accuracy
1) Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are correct at checkout.
2) Bebo Beauty is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Payment Options
We offer both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options for your convenience. Please note that COD service may not be available for all pin codes and locations.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Kindly share clear images/videos of the package along with a proper unboxing video to help us review and resolve concerns related to damaged or missing items promptly.
