At Bebo Beauty, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards across all our products. As our products are personal-use beauty essentials, please carefully review the policy below before placing your order.
Unboxing Requirement
Customers are required to record a clear and continuous unboxing video immediately upon receiving the package.
This video is mandatory for raising any concerns related to damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products.
Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for review.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on:
- Hair Extensions
- Bun Extensions
- Nail Extensions
These categories are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
Eligible Exchange Products
Exchanges are applicable only for claw clips and clutcher accessories.
To qualify for an exchange:
- A valid unboxing video must be submitted
- The concern must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
Exchange Shipping Charges
- If the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, exchange shipping charges will be covered by us.
- For concerns raised after 48 hours, exchange shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer.
No Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once purchased.
Only eligible exchanges for approved claw clip and clutcher concerns will be considered.
Please Note
BEBO Beauty reserves the right to decline any request if:
- The unboxing video is not provided
- The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
- The product appears used, damaged after delivery, or tampered with
- The product does not meet our exchange eligibility conditions
